Obituary for Lark Pollari
Lark Ellen Pollari, 57, lost her fight with cancer on May 3, 2014. She was born to John and Leah Hendrickson on May 22 in Miles City, Montana. Lark graduated from Sweet Grass County High School in 1974. Lark grew up with a love of animals and was an active member of 4-H throughout her youth. Lark put her passion for horses and teaching youth by working with the local Spurs 4-H Club for many years with Wyoma Terland and Judy Hillner. Lark successfully showed horses in AQHA, open shows, and loved mountain pack trips. On Lark's 49th birthday, she won her first race as a licensed racehorse trainer. Her love of dogs began with raising AKC Pekingese dogs. She had a special dog named Skunky in her early years that won her obedience awards. She spent the last decade of her life competing in dog agility, teaching agility lessons, and judging for the North American Dog Agility Counsel (NADAC) all across the United States and Canada. Lark is preceded in death by her parents, John and Leah Hendrickson, oldest brother Tim, nephews Chris Henrickson, and Jaydee Hendrickson. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Pollari, daughter Katie Cosgriff, son Rocky (Kari) Cosgriff all of Big Timber; step-son Andy (Karen) Pollari of Sidney; sister Molly Walgren of Vancouver, WA; brother Lon (SungIll) Hendrickson by of Miles City.
