An environmentally friendly option
Obituary for Ralph Rocco VanWhy
Only the good die young was something that Ralph often said. He was a prime example of that when he passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Pioneer Medical Center.

Ralph was born in Easton, PA May 27, 1966 to William and Patricia Van Why.
He married Lisa Balliet in 1993 and to this union was born a son Michael Van Why. The marriage ended in divorce.

In 2004 Ralph worked a job for a strike security company in Big Timber, MT. During this assignment he met Judy Kirchner and made the move to Big Timber in April 2009. He always said that the decision to move to Montana was the best decision he ever made. Christmas Eve of 2012 he asked Judy to marry him.

Ralph’s work history included law enforcement, security, and City of Big Timber Animal Control Officer. He also co-owned two businesses with Judy one of which was Frozzies. Ralph was a grown up kid and the little kids loved him. He loved the joy on the little faces when he’d hand them their shaved ice with the treasured gummy bears on top.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, brother Steven and sister Terrie. He is survived by his fiancé, Judy of Big Timber, son Michael of Allentown, PA. dog Teddie or “Ruxpin” as he called her and many friends near and far.
