Obituary for William J. 'Jack' Hines
William J. 'Jack' Hines, 92, of Big Timber died peaceful at home Saturday June 20, 2015. Born in Omaha, Nebraska May 2,1923, he settled in Big Timber MT in 1971. The world has lost a true renaissance man: artist, writer, poet, music lover who devoted his life to Montana. He is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years Jessica, his children David & Amanda Hines, step children Peter & Joy Aronow, Jamie Aronow & Doug O'Heir, grandchildren Christina Saltalamachia, Eric & Michael Hines, Andie Aronow, and three great grandchildren. Private graveside services were held Friday June 26, 2015 at Mountain View Cemetery in Big Timber. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Vincent Children's Healthcare Fund, 1106 North 30th, Billings MT 59101.
